The aggressive large cleats sink their teeth into the tyre tread and the terrain under your 4WD vehicle to prevent it from slipping back into mud, snow, or sand and make vehicle recovery quick and easy. The signature double-edged design make them easy and quick to manoeuvre under your tyres and doubles as a handy shovel for shifting the excess geography that’s keeping your vehicle captive.

The Maxtrax MkII recovery tracks are manufactured from UV-stabilized, flexible, super tough engineering-grade reinforced nylon that has been tested at the University of Queensland to wrap completely around a 33-inch tyre without breaking. Not only does this make Maxtrax tough, it makes them lightweight and easy to handle too. Each track weighs in at a very reasonable 3.4kg and has 6 integrated handles for easy carrying and placement.

Stowing the tracks is just as simple – each set stacks together for simple, low profile storage and they have exclusive keyhole accessory points for secure mounting. Maxtrax are easily carried by almost anything with four-wheels and ensure an easy way out if your vehicle becomes stuck.
