Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 3-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.
Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Bulky and/or heavier items attract a delivery surcharge, total shipping fees will be indicated at checkout.
Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.
In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. If you are using a ‘care of’ delivery address, please provide the name and contact telephone number of the person receiving the delivery for you in town.
Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier.
International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates.
Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.
Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.
Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information.
Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while CAMPCRAFT endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.
We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if their delivery address is remote or to cancel and refund the order if delivery is not feasible.

The OZtrail Skygazer 4XV Dome Tent is a convenient, lightweight & compact 4 person dome tent that’s easy to set up in just minutes – ideal for festivals, weekends away or for the kids to have their own privacy away from Mum & Dad. The spacious enclosed front vestibule provides extra room for your gear out the front.
If you’ve got a festival, or weekend camping trip planned where you need a dome tent that’s easy to pitch then the OZtrail Skygazer 4XV dome tent is just for you.
The inner is made from polyester, and it has windows made from No-See-Um mesh to help you ventilate, and to keep the insects out. The window system on this tent also allows you to roll back the fly to allow for extra fresh air in your tent which is perfect for warmer weather.
This tent features a heavy-duty PE bucket floor to keep you dry from the ground up, and has a UVTex treated fly that reflects heat, and also creates a waterproof barrier to keep off a drizzle. The cross-pole design makes set up faster, increases the strength of your shelter, and it also allows water to shed more easily. You’ll also have plenty of space for your pack and boots in the enclosed front vestibule.
The extra head height inside the tent makes it more comfortable and user-friendly, and the easy step D door makes getting in and out a breeze.
