Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 business days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.

Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier.

Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.

In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. If you are using a ‘care of’ delivery address, please provide the name and contact telephone number of the person receiving the delivery for you in town.

Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier.

International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates.

Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.

Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavour to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.

Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information.

The Campmor Tourer XL Tent is part of Campmor’s standard tent range offering you great quality canvas tents designed for the African environment. The Campmor Tourer XL Tent is a 2.1m x 2.1m canvas dome tent with sleeping room for up to 3 people. This tent offers the best of all worlds – it’s compact and weight conscious which makes it great for touring, yet packed full of features for comfort too. It’s made from durable 320gsm waterproof ripstop polyester canvas for full protection from the elements. The floor has a bathtub design and is made from 550gsm PVC to keep water outside where it belongs and window and door panels have mosquito proof 80% shade gauze netting to ensure that the wildlife stays out too.

The tent has two windows, a generous D door and top zip-able air vent to provide excellent ventilation, light and access, making camping in the Tourer XL a pleasant and comfortable experience. The skullcap style canvas fly is light to carry, quick and easy to attach and protects the top of the tent from bad weather. Internally the tent features pockets below each window for organisation and a rear cable entry point with velcro closure to safely and securely allow you to add power to your camping arrangement.

The 8.3mm spring steel frame is tough enough to stand up to many years of use. For maximum convenience and space consciousness, the Campmor Tourer XL tent’s poles and canvas stores neatly in one rugged 550gsm PVC carry bag.
