How to Shop With Campcraft

Shop for all your camping, hiking and outdoor equipment whenever and wherever is convenient for you and get your goodies delivered to your door. Here’s how:

Step 1: Search for Products

Use our menu system to browse through our great range of outdoor gear. Everything is organised into categories to help you find what you are looking for and the product filter options help you to tailor your search.

Already know what you want to find? Then simply select the magnifying glass icon and type in your search term.

Step 2: Add to Basket

Once you’ve found your perfect product, simply select how many you want to buy and click add to basket. Some products will have additional options to select, such as colour – just pick the option that you want, then how many you want to buy and add to basket.

Keep repeating steps 1 and 2 until you’ve found everything that you’re looking for.

Step 3: Go to Basket

Click on the ‘basket’ link and review what you have in your basket – make sure that you are happy with your selections. You can change the quantity of a product that you wish to purchase directly in the basket screen and can remove a product entirely by selecting the X icon next to it. You will also be able to see your delivery charge here. If you have a coupon code, enter it here in the field marked ‘coupon code’ and select ‘apply coupon’.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

When you’re happy with your basket, select the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. On the checkout screen you’ll be asked to complete your contact and billing address details. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address to your billing address, then select the check box next to ‘deliver to a different address?’ and complete the details required. If you have any other information that we need to know for delivery, then add this to the order notes box. You will be asked to provide a password so that you can log in to your account the next time you visit us. Returning customers can simply log in from the checkout page.

Once you’ve completed your details, select whether you’d like to pay via EFT or make secure credit/debit card payment via our secure payment gateway provider. Check that you are happy with our terms and conditions and then select the ‘place order’ button.

Step 5: Make Payment

If you selected to pay via EFT, you will be taken to a screen with our banking details and other payment instructions for you to make payment from your bank account. You will also be sent these details and a summary of your order to your email address.

If you have opted to pay via our payment gateway provider, you will be redirected to their secure payments page. Please follow their on screen instructions to make payment.

We will send you an email with a summary of your order to the email address you have provided us.

Step 6: Delivery to Your Door

Your order will be delivered by our nationwide courier partner. When your order is dispatched for delivery, we will send you an email confirming your tracking number so that you can trace your delivery’s progress.
