I had never heard of your website before, and found it when doing an online search for pop up tents.

It’s always a bit nerve wracking purchasing from a new website, but I was pleasantly surprised with the communication and feedback about delivery progress.

I do think the delivery cost is a bit steep though, and the tent a bit over- priced, but I bought it anyway, fully aware of the costs, and that doesn’t take anything away from your customer service. Well done!
