I made an order on the CampCraft website and due to public holidays it was delayed. Normally this would be fine but in this case it was a birthday gift for my son. I called CampCraft and Claire went out of her way to make sure the item was picked up and sent overnight to arrive on my son’s birthday. Thank you so much Claire and CampCraft for going the extra mile for something that was not your fault or concern, but made a young boy’s birthday extra special!!
