The ordering process was seamless and delivery awesome…..right price, right place, right time

I had a couple of queries regarding a product that the gentleman who answered the phone couldn’t answer. He however wrote them down and phoned me back within an hour and that convinced me to complete the purchase.

This was the first time we ordered camping equipment from Campcraft. Although a bit hesitant, we took the plunge and must say we are very happy with the level of service and speedy delivery. We have not yet opened out packages as they are tents and will only do it this weekend to check if it’s all in good order but hopefully that will go well. Thanks Campcraft. If all goes well with our tents, we will support you again.

Was waiting for an item on back order and was kept up to date on when I would receive my item.
