Really great service with updates regularly. Some of my ordered items that was out of stock and they sorted me with a refund for the items out of stock.

I was very pleased and surprised by the speedy response to my initial email query, and the follow-up after that. I was nervous about the courier company being used, as I’d heard terrible things about them online (extremely late delivery with no apology, losing packages, etc), but I was pleasantly surprised that from ordering to delivery was only two days.

I was worried my bag wouldn’t arrive before I left South Africa but despite me leaving it to the last minute, Campcraft ensured that it arrived with ample time to spare and the whole process was seamless from ordering to delivery.
