This delivery policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Bulky and/or heavier items attract a delivery surcharge, total shipping fees will be indicated at checkout. Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. If you are using a ‘care of’ delivery address, please provide the name and contact telephone number of the person receiving the delivery for you in town. Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier. International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates. Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering. Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available. Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information. Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while CAMPCRAFT endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery. We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if their delivery address is remote or to cancel and refund the order if delivery is not feasible.

The ‘biner that started the wiregate revolution, the new and improved Black Diamond HotWire carabiner is an integral part of any climber’s rack, due to its versatility. Equally at home on either end of a quickdraw, racking cams or on alpine slings, the HotWire excels as a multi-use wire gate carabiner.
With updated geometry and a hot-forged construction—allowing Black Diamond to remove weight where it’s not needed and add material where durability is key—the updated HotWire has a deeper basket for better clipping, while the hinge-end basket is flatter to hold the webbing of quickdraws more securely. A larger rope bearing surface adds durability not only for the carabiner, but for your rope as well. Black Diamond have also optimized the nose geometry to allow for efficient rope clipping and clipping and unclipping from bolts. The HotWire is a modern classic and ideal for everything from after-work sport cragging to big-wall free climbing and long alpine ice routes.
