Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 business days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.

Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier.

Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.

Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.

Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavour to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.

Built for athletes who need dependable lighting without unnecessary weight, the Ledlenser NEO5R combines a running-specific beam pattern, balanced ergonomics and practical safety features in a compact design. Its custom light distribution provides excellent visibility both directly ahead and further along the trail, helping runners move confidently in low-light conditions.

Featuring Fusion Beam Technology, the NEO5R delivers a precisely balanced combination of a wide, homogeneous flood beam for close-range terrain awareness and a focused spot beam for longer-distance visibility. With up to 600 lumens in Boost mode and a beam distance of up to 100 metres, it provides powerful illumination while maintaining a lightweight profile.

Designed around movement, the NEO5R features a minimalist construction with a cable tunnel system and rear-mounted battery pack for improved balance and comfort during extended use. The 45° tilting lamp head allows users to adjust the beam direction, while the supplied chest strap provides an alternative wearing option for activities where a lower light position is preferred.
