Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 business days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier.

Ideally you would not like to find yourself in a dangerous situation where you need to protect yourself from an attacker, but in our day, in our country, rather be prepared than not. If you are looking for a nonlethal self-defence product than the Ram Defense Pepper Stream is a popular and effective choice.

Ram Defense Pepper Stream is an OC (oleoresin capsicum) spray. Made from nontoxic and non-flammable materials, the oleoresin capsicum is a chemical derivative of very hot peppers. When sprayed with this the attacker will feel extreme pain and burning as the spray comes into contact with the skin, eyes and mucus membranes. This irritation to the senses is a very effective way to stop or deter a physical attack. Once your attacker loses the ability to attack you will have the chance to escape and find safety.

The length of the effects vary from person to person however in tests done the attacker was unable to carry on the attack for at least an hour (effects were still felt well after 3 hours later). Pepper Stream discharges a tightly projected stream up to 5m and the 60ml can can produce up to 15 seconds continuous spray or up to 12 short bursts.
