Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 business days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.

Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier.

Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.

In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. If you are using a ‘care of’ delivery address, please provide the name and contact telephone number of the person receiving the delivery for you in town.

Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier.

International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates.

Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.

Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavour to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.

Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information.

The Vango Apex Geo 200 hiking tent delivers the ideal balance of low weight and high strength for all year-round camping for 2 people. Freestanding and incredibly strong, the Apex Geo takes uneven ground and bad weather in its stride. It is designed for wild camping and is suitable for all-season use, offering a comfortable and reliable space to weather out a storm.

PowerLite 7001-T6 Alloy Poles are durable whilst remaining lightweight and compact. The semi-geodesic design makes this tent self supporting as well providing excellent strength for carry weight and the gothic arch pole structure aids with water and snow run-off. The Protex Eco flysheet is created from single use plastics to keep our environment in mind and will keep you protected from the elements with its 3000mm hydrostatic head and factory taped seams. The inner tent is made from breathable polyester to minimize condensation and the 6000mm hydrostatic head groundsheet will keep out water from below.

The multi-function flysheet door creates a porch for kit storage and can be opened from either side to provide shelter from changeable winds or roll away completely for an open porch. The O shaped inner door is easy to open and features a mesh panel for bug-free ventilation. Add to the package a fast pack tent bag, high visibility guy lines with Line-Lok runners and internal storage pockets and the Vango Apex Geo 200 offers an excellent tent for two.
