Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 3-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.
Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Bulky and/or heavier items attract a delivery surcharge, total shipping fees will be indicated at checkout.
Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.
In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. If you are using a ‘care of’ delivery address, please provide the name and contact telephone number of the person receiving the delivery for you in town.
Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier.
International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates.
Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.
Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.
Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information.
Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while CAMPCRAFT endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.
We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if their delivery address is remote or to cancel and refund the order if delivery is not feasible.

The Vango Helvellyn 200 is a semi geodesic 2 man tent that is great for hiking, particularly on rougher terrain. The semi geodesic design is self supporting and provides an excellent balance between weight and stability. The weight and pack size of this tent is kept to a minimum for easy carrying whilst hiking and adventuring.
It has a decent sized front porch area for additional gear storage and weather protection for your inner tent door. The multi-functional flysheet door can open to the side or to roll away completely for an open porch allowing easy access to the sizeable interior.
The Helvellyn 200 is perfectly equipped to keep you dry and comfortable in all weathers. The exclusive Vango Protex® 70 denier polyester flysheet is durable, reliable and highly waterproof with 3000mm hydrostatic head. The durable and waterproof 70 denier lightweight polyester groundsheet has 6000mm hydrostatic head to ensure you and your kit stay dry whilst remaining light to carry. All flysheet and groundsheet seams are factory taped, giving a water tight seal and keeping the rain out.
The breathable polyester inner tent allows condensation to pass through to minimize dampness for a comfortable night’s sleep. The O-shaped inner door can be opened with one hand and allows easy access to the interior of the tent. The inner tent door has a part mesh panel for improved ventilation whilst keeping bugs out. Conveniently placed pockets inside the inner tent allow for easy organisation of your essential items.
When time is limited for pitching camp or the weather is poor, the Vango Helvellyn 200’s flysheet and inner tent pitch together to reduce setup time and help keep your inner tent dry. This also makes it incredibly quick to take down and the fast pack tent bag has an oversized opening for easy packing and compression straps to control pack size. The Vango PowerLite 7001-T6 alloy poles are colour coded for easy and intuitive pitching. The alloy construction means that the poles are light to carry but are also incredibly durable too.
