I place my order shortly before the Christmas holidays, Claire from Campcraft notified me promptly that the supplier had already shut up shop for the year and that my order could only be processed in the second week of January. She offered me the opportunity to cancel the order if need be, but I decided to wait. On the specified date I received a notification to inform me that the package has been prepared and collected for dispatch. Three day’s later the parcel arrived exactly as ordered. Even including the courier fee, it was still cheaper than buying it in store from my nearest retailer.
