So i have not opened my package as its a gift, but from placing my order to having it delivered in time, It was just awesome customer service all the way – btw it was my first time ordering online & have never heard about Campcraft before, so i was nervous and was not sure about what to expect. Well done CampCraft !

So far you have been on spot with the sale as well as the delivery. And I appreciate the effort The Courier Guys make to keep me on track with the delivery. Wish every company did the effort you and your courier do.

Our camp chair ordered & paid for on the 7th was not delivered by Monday. Normally orders collected from the warehouse on a Friday are transported up to Johannesburg over the weekend and are out for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. As per Claire from Campcraft it appears that their line haul schedule has not been running as per usual this weekend. Claire, thank you for the effort in updating me regularly as well as ensuring the chair was delivered early Wednesday morning just before we had to leave for our weekend away. What a lovely chair!! You are a STAR Claire. Well done!!
