Quite easy to order, great delivery times. The only small thing to improve would be communication. I had a problem with payment at first, sent a message to the whatsapp line and never got a reply. Eventually I sent email too, to which I did get a reply, but it was a few days of stressing to make sure my delivery would come on time. Better communication and this would have been a 5 star experience.
