This is the second time I’ve ordered from Campcraft, and every time the service has been excellent, and the products exactly as described. Also very happy with the excellent communication, at every step of the way, from purchase to delivery.

I place my order shortly before the Christmas holidays, Claire from Campcraft notified me promptly that the supplier had already shut up shop for the year and that my order could only be processed in the second week of January. She offered me the opportunity to cancel the order if need be, but I decided to wait. On the specified date I received a notification to inform me that the package has been prepared and collected for dispatch. Three day’s later the parcel arrived exactly as ordered. Even including the courier fee, it was still cheaper than buying it in store from my nearest retailer.

It was very easy to locate and order a product. Very happy with the service
